Question: Needed maintenance at 20K
I am wondering what maintenance service is really needed at around 20K on my RAV4. The service center has a list of things, many which seem superfulous.
Any suggestions?

In the service your rav 4 section you can view the manufacturers maintenance schedule (Click on view maintenance schedule under maintain).
You could also try asking which repairs/servicing are essential at 20k with the rav 4 in the toyota forum:
